Summary:

Headwaters to estuaries: advances in watershed science and management
March 2-6, 2015, Charleston, South Carolina
About the conference
The Interagency Conference on Research in Watersheds (ICRW) brings together watershed scientists, researchers, stakeholders, regulators, and managers to share advances in watershed science and innovative management strategies to sustain the nation’s water resources in the context of changing climate.  The 5th ICRW will take a national perspective on watershed science and management, highlighting the coastal landscape, which is represented by the location of the conference in the South Carolina lowcountry.  Coastal water resources are uniquely vulnerable to increasing development, sea level rise, and climate changes that combine to impact watersheds.
